Please Complete the application below for your student. There is a $100 application fee at the time of submission.

As part of the application process, you will need:

-Previous school records

-Teacher Referral

-Any IEP/504 documentation (if applicable)

After we receive all required documents, we will schedule your child for a:

-Family Consultation (PreK)

-Kindergarten Assessment

-Shadow Day (1st-11th)
